Editors note

If you are on the 5P course, you are not taught how to use Bootstrap until after your 3rd project. There are no rules that say you cannot use Bootstrap for your earlier projects. However, we recommend you use plain CSS for these projects so you have some solid practice with it before learning the Bootstrap library. If you are on the 4P course, this content applies to all your milestone projects
